Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rights and fees depend on customer type, appointment timing, provider assignment, provider costs already incurred and applicable law.

If a customer asks work to begin before any applicable cancellation period has expired, the business must capture explicit consent and legally reviewed wording before relying on deductions for work already performed.

If Fire Risk Experts cannot reasonably fulfil a paid booking as sold, the booking must be escalated for customer communication, cancellation and an appropriate refund.

Administrator approval is required before irreversible cancellation or refund actions are processed.
