For managed bookings, Fire Risk Experts arranges fulfilment through independent fire risk assessors. An assessor is not appointed until they accept the assignment.

Independent assessors remain solely responsible for professional judgement, site inspection competence, technical report content, recommendations, professional standards, qualifications, experience and insurance.

Fire Risk Experts must not describe an assessor as vetted, qualified, accredited or insured unless the relevant status has been verified and remains current.
