Fire Risk Experts collects enquiry, booking, payment-status and fulfilment information so it can respond to customers, administer managed bookings and arrange fulfilment through independent providers where appropriate.

Personal data should be limited to what is needed for the enquiry. We do not send personally identifiable information to analytics platforms.

Where a booking proceeds, relevant customer, premises, access and appointment information may be shared with the assigned independent provider or assessor only to the extent needed to fulfil the booking.

Stripe, Resend, Vercel and the managed database provider are expected processors or service providers for payment, email, hosting and persistence. The detailed data-processing register requires operational and legal review.

Customers may request access, correction or deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
