Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the booking status, payment status, provider assignment, work already performed, duplicate payments, inability to fulfil and applicable customer rights.

Fire Risk Experts must not retain customer funds for a service it cannot reasonably deliver as sold.

Refund rules require legal and accounting review before live customer payments are enabled.
