Fire Risk Experts can operate either as an introduction service or, for eligible clearly defined services, as a customer-facing managed booking service that accepts payment and arranges fulfilment through an independent assessor.

For managed bookings, Fire Risk Experts administers payment, customer communication, assignment, cancellations and refunds according to the published terms. The independent assessor remains responsible for professional judgement, inspection conduct, technical findings, recommendations and report accuracy.

These draft terms require review by a suitably qualified UK solicitor and accountant before live customer payments are enabled.
