Vetting and Selection Policy

Last reviewed: 19 July 2026

Provider and assessor records must pass explicit verification checks before they are treated as approved. A record existing in the system is not evidence of approval.

Verification should cover identity or business status where relevant, insurance, qualifications, competency evidence, supported property types, supported risk levels, service areas, availability, contract status and evidence expiry dates.

The platform must exclude suspended, expired, unverified or unavailable providers from automatic matching and keep an audit trail explaining why each candidate was accepted or excluded.
